Halloween Cocktail: Eye for an Eye

The holidays are near and we’re gearing up for one of our favorites here at Last Drop at the Hermosa; Halloween. And how do we celebrate, you ask? By making creepy concoctions behind the bar of course!
For those of you having an at-home Halloween soiree, we are gifting you a signature cocktail, aptly named Eye for an Eye.
Cheers!
Eye for an Eye ($14)
1.5 oz Veiux Carre Absinthe
.75 oz Luxardo maraschino
.75 oz lemon juice
Procedure:
– Shake/ strain into chilled martini glass
– Top with a float of Peychaud’s bitters
– Garnish with a lychee eye ball (a blueberry inside a lychee)
