Arietta WineOn Thursday, March 21, Arietta Wine will be joining us on property for a multi-course wine dinner at LON’s at the Hermosa.

Beginning with a wine-paired reception at 6:30 p.m., the evening will follow with three courses created by Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco and the LON’s culinary team, each artfully paired with varietals from Arietta Wine; a name meaning short aria or art song, which expresses the winery’s belief that all great wines must sing.

The menu and featured wines include:

smoked diver scallops
caramelized fennel puree, grilled baby onions, meyer lemon buerre blanc
paired with Arietta, On the White Keys, 2010

  roasted pork belly
mesquite bbq, hayden mills polenta, roasted beets, crisp pork rind
paired with Arietta, Quartet, 2010

 kobe beef duo
grilled strip-loin, short-rib ravioli, fava beans, wild mushrooms, truffle jus
paired with Arietta, Variation 1, 2007

  blackberry crumble pie
with chocolate granite
paired with Arietta, H Block, 2009
