Last Drop's Irish CoffeeSt. Patty’s Day is near (or should we say nigh) so it’s only fitting that we share our recipe for Traditional Irish Coffee. What better way to wake up on St. Patrick’s Day and celebrate the holiday than with this frothy Irish beverage?

Cheers and Erin Go Bragh!

Traditional Irish Coffee ($10)

1.5 oz Michael Collins
.5 oz turbinado syrup
4 oz coffee
.5 oz heavy cream or milk (slightly thickened)

– Build drink in a heated Irish Coffee mug
– Float cream/milk on top (approximately 1/8 in layer)

Tip from Travis: To soften down the usual sweetness, substitute milk for heavy cream and put it through a hand blender for 30 seconds – one minute.
