Created by our very own Spirit Guide Travis Nass, the Buffalo Peach Smash is one of the cocktails featured on our new menu. And could there be a better way to celebrate the 4th than with a cold one of these in-hand? We think not!
Cheers!
Buffalo Peach Smash
1.5 oz Copper City bourbon
.5 oz white peach purée
.5 oz blackberry syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
1 ginger beer
Shake and strain into Collins glass full of ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish: blackberry and lemon peel
