On Thursday, August 16, LON’s beer dinner series continues as we partner with Four Peaks Brewery to bring you a reception and four-course beer-paired dinner. Not only will there be a different Four Peaks brew with each course, but Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco will be using those brews as ingredients in each dish as well.
For those anxious to learn about beer pairing 101, Chef Pacheco will be going on 3TV’s Good Morning Arizona on Monday, August 13 at 9:45 a.m. MST to to share a few tips and tricks of the trade.
