Recipe: Zombie Cocktail

Halloween is around the corner. To celebrate, we suggest getting a guided ghost tour while sipping Zombie cocktails. Thankfully, our Hermosa Hauntings package offers just that, and is available from October 1 – November 3.
Can’t get enough of that cocktail or want to make your own for a spooky shindig at home? See the recipe below from Last Drop at the Hermosa‘s Spirit Guide Travis Nass:
Zombie Cocktail ($12)
1.5 oz Smith and Cross Rum
1.5 oz Matuselam rum
1 oz El Dorado 8 year
.5 oz Orange Liqueur
.5 oz Velvet Falernum
.5 oz Don’s mix
.5 oz lime juice
1 barspoon grenadine
18 drops don’s bitters
6 oz (3/4 cup) ice
– Blend with ice for 5 secs.
– Pour into two Collins glasses. (Add additional ice cubes, if necessary)
– Garnish with mint sprig, grated nutmeg and grapefruit peel.
