Recipe: Short Rib Pizza

Join us this weekend for a glass of wine and a pizza pie – perfect for a personal size, or sharing – and give back to a great cause while doing so.

In the meantime, pin this recipe for our Short Rib Pizza to try for yourself at home.

Last Drop’s Short Rib Pizza

INGREDIENTS (In Order) QUANTITY
Pizza Flour 2+ cups
Water 1 cup
Yeast 1/4oz
Olive oil 1t
Sugar 1T
Salt 1t
Braised Shredded Short rib 3 oz
Roasted Corn 2 oz
roasgted pobalno chili 2 oz
roasted cherry tomatoes 2 oz
Ricotta cheese 1 oz
parmesan cheese 1 oz
basil leaves 1/2oz
oregano leaves 1/2oz

Procedure:
1. Mix all dry ingredients, and oil, and mix.
2. Slowly add water, and continue to mix on low speed for 8 minutes.
3. Place in oiled bowl, and allow to rise to double the original size.
4. Punch the dough down, and portion into 2 portions.
5. Roll out dough on a floured work surface.
6. Place a pizza stone in an oven and preheat to 500°.
7. Brush olive oil on pizza dough and top with pizza sauce.
8. Next lay short rib, corn, chili, tomatoes, ricotta cheese and Parmesan.
9. Place in hot oven for approximately 5-7 minutes.
10. Remove pizza and cut into 6-8 slices and top with oregano and basil leaves.
